Managing deliveries

The last step of shipping one's cargo is the final delivery. The following guide will help you understand the delivery subsection of the Prime Freight Logistics portal.

Firstly, from the portal dashboard you will need to click the "Delivery" section on the left side of the screen as seen below:

The Delivery page will show all of the orders that are in the delivery step, as said before, this will be the last step of your shipment. Once inside of the delivery section you will be presented with all of your current deliveries as seen below. Your deliveries will have showcase their delivery status, cargo control number, PO number, delivery date, the company it will be delivered to, who the delivery will be released to, the house bill of landing, as well as the number of cartons. You will also be able to filter your deliveries by their delivery status as well as their PO number.

by clicking individual deliveries, you will retrieve additional information where you will also be given a link to the shipment sections of your order as seen below. Throughout the portal you will be given links to see your orders in its different sections. This is done to make it easier for customers to navigate the portal in an easy and intuitive way.
