Managing your shipments
The following guide will help you familiarize yourself to manage your shipments that you've made with Prime Freight Logistics.
Firstly, from the portal dashboard you will click the shipment section as shown below:
In this section, you will see all of the current, as well as past shipments that you have made with Prime Freight Logistics.
You can search in the search bar for specific shipments using the container number you are looking for.
Otherwise, you can filter your shipments by air or sea using the mode of transportation filter. You can also filter shipments by delivery status, such as in transit or all others, which will also show delivered shipment information. Lastly, Origin port and PO number are also filtering options to find your shipment.
By clicking a specific shipment, you will be shown a page containing all pertinent information regarding the shipment, such as a timeline of your shipment as shown below. Additionally, depending wether you provided it, you will be given the option to download and view the house bill of landing by clicking the download option.
Any change in ETAs will be updated in the portal and an email will be sent to you as soon as the ETA changes.
At the bottom of the information page, you will be given the option to look over your purchase order, invoice, shipper information, booking, as well as the quote for the specific shipment as shown below:
By clicking these you will be transferred to their respective sections in the portal page which offer more information.
