Share a shipment via a tracking link

How to create a public tracking link for a shipment and share it with someone who doesn't have a portal login — such as a colleague, supplier, or your own customer. They'll see the shipment's progress without needing to sign in.
Steps
Open the shipment. From the Shipments page, open the shipment you want to share.
Create the tracking link. Use the share option to generate a public tracking link for the shipment.
Share the link. Copy the link and send it to whoever needs it. Opening it shows a read-only tracking view of the shipment.
Tips
The link is view-only — recipients can follow progress but can't see your other shipments, pricing, or account details.
Share the link instead of forwarding screenshots — it stays up to date as the shipment moves, so your recipient always sees the latest status.
Troubleshooting
The recipient can't open the link. Make sure you copied the full link. If it still won't open, regenerate it from the shipment and try again.
You don't see a share option. Confirm you've opened the shipment's detail page. If it's still missing, contact your agent.
