Supported browsers

The Prime Freight portal works best on the current version of a modern, up-to-date browser. For the smoothest experience, keep your browser updated to its latest version.

Note: Very old or unsupported browsers may cause pages to load incorrectly or features to stop working. If something looks broken, updating your browser is the first thing to try.

Access requirements

  • A portal account. You need an approved account and password. If you don't have one yet, see Set up your account.

  • A stable internet connection. The portal loads live data, so a dropped connection can interrupt pages mid-load.

  • JavaScript and cookies enabled. These are on by default in supported browsers; corporate security settings occasionally block them.

Fixing common access problems

You can't sign in

  • Double-check your email and password. Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces.

  • Reset your password using the reset option on the sign-in page if you've forgotten it or it isn't working.

  • Confirm your account is active. New accounts need to be verified before you can sign in — see Set up your account.

The invitation or password-reset email hasn't arrived

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Confirm the address. The email goes to the address on your account; if it's wrong, contact your Prime Freight team.

  • Request a fresh link if the one you have has expired.

Pages won't load or look broken

  • Refresh the page and try again.

  • Clear your browser cache to remove an outdated stored version of the site.

  • Disable browser extensions temporarily — ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes block portal features.

  • Try a different supported browser to see whether the problem is browser-specific.

It still isn't working

Contact your Prime Freight team. It helps to tell us which browser and version you're using and what you see on screen (a screenshot is ideal).
