Update your profile & company account
What this covers
How to keep your personal details current and set your company's preferences for alerts, quotes, invoices, and booking approvals. Every customer can update their own profile; company preferences apply to your whole account.
Steps
Update your personal profile
Open your profile. Select User (or User Profile) in the left menu, then open the personal section.
Edit your details. Update your first name, last name, and email address, then save.
Change your password. In the same section, enter a new password and confirm it to update your sign-in credentials.
Set your company preferences
Open the company profile (account) section to manage three sets of preferences.
Automatic alerts. Choose how you want status updates delivered — for example a CSV report on chosen weekdays, and whether you receive one email per container. These update automatically as your shipments move, giving you each shipment's location, status, and estimated time of departence (ETD). To fine-tune which shipments trigger alerts, see Set up route alerts.
Note: You can turn any of these updates off at any time from this menu.
Rates, quotes & invoices. Set the email address where rate sheets, quotes, and invoices are sent, and filter the quotes you receive by port of origin and port of destination.
Booking approvals. List the contacts (name and email) who are allowed to approve bookings for your company. Anyone listed here can review and approve a booking — see View & approve a booking.
Tips
Keep your quote/invoice email current — it's where time-sensitive rate sheets and invoices land.

Troubleshooting
Your changes didn't save. Make sure required fields (name, email) aren't blank, then save again.
You're not receiving alerts. Confirm the alert email is correct in Rates, quotes & invoices and that alerts aren't switched off in Automatic alerts.
