How to use the Delivery section to follow the last stage of a shipment — the final delivery of your cargo to its destination.
Steps
Open Deliveries. Select Delivery in the left menu to see all of your current deliveries.
Read the list. Each delivery shows its:
Delivery status
Cargo control number and PO number
Delivery date
Deliver to (the company receiving the cargo) and release to (who it's released to)
House Bill of Lading (HBL) — see Bill of Lading: what it is
Number of cartons
Filter the list. Narrow deliveries by delivery status or PO number to find the one you need.
Open a delivery. Select a delivery for more detail, including a link to the related shipment. Select the link to jump to the shipment view.
Tips
Delivery is the final stage of tracking — to follow a shipment from booking through arrival, see Track your shipments.

Troubleshooting
A delivery is missing. Clear the delivery-status filter, or search by PO number.
The delivery date has passed with no update. Contact your Prime Freight team, or see What to do if your shipment is delayed.
