Set up route alerts

What this covers

How to subscribe to the trade lanes you care about so the portal sends you automatic updates about those routes. Useful if you ship the same origin-to-destination lanes regularly and want to stay ahead of conditions on them.

Steps

  1. Open route subscriptions. Go to your User Profile and open the route subscription section.

  2. Add a route. Choose the port of origin and port of destination for the lane you want to follow.

  3. Save the subscription. The route is added to your list, and you'll start receiving updates for it.

  4. Manage your routes. Return to this page anytime to add more lanes or remove ones you no longer need.

Tips

  • Subscribe to your busiest lanes so you notice congestion or schedule changes early. Pair this with shipping schedules and Analytics & Market Intelligence for a fuller picture of your routes.

  • Want per-shipment status updates (container, delivery, and departure changes) rather than route-level alerts? Set those under Automatic alerts on the profile and account page.

Troubleshooting

  • You're not getting route updates. Confirm the route is saved in your subscription list and that your alert email is correct on the profile and account page.
