What is RateSearch?

RateSearch is the instant rate tool built into your Prime Freight portal. Instead of emailing for a quote and waiting, you enter your shipment details and see freight rate options right away — then request a booking on the one you want. You'll find it under Rate Search in the left-hand menu.

• Get rates instantly. Enter your origin, destination, and cargo details and see pricing without waiting for a manual quote.

• Compare options side by side. See how price and transit time trade off across the available services.

• See an all-in price. Rates include freight and the standard surcharges, so the number you see is close to what you'll pay. (See What's included in your quote (and what isn't).)

• Move straight to booking. When a rate works for you, request it and our team takes it from there.

RateSearch is fastest when you want a number now — for budgeting, comparing lanes, or deciding whether to ship by air or ocean. For anything unusual (oversized cargo, hazardous goods, or a lane you don't see), your Prime Freight team can still prepare a custom quote.
