View shipping schedules

How to look up shipping schedules in the portal so you can see estimated departure and arrival dates for a route before you book. Useful for planning around ready dates and target delivery windows.

1. Open Schedules. Select Schedules in the left menu.

2. Choose your route. Enter your port of origin and port of destination to search the available schedules.

3. Review the results. Each result shows the estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the route, so you can compare options.

• Use schedules to line up a departure that matches your cargo's ready date, then request a rate or approve a booking for that sailing or flight.

• Want to be notified about a route over time rather than checking manually? Set up route alerts.

• No schedules appear for your route. Double-check the origin and destination ports. If your lane isn't listed, contact your Prime Freight team for current options.

• Schedules look out of date. Dates are estimates and shift with carrier updates; treat them as planning guidance, not a guarantee.
